      Worry-Free Leasing<\/h2>\n

      With our Worry-Free Leasing Program<\/a>, you can terminate your lease without penalty within the first 90 days of occupancy if your job situation changes. Job loss can be the result of layoffs\/reductions in force or a significant reduction in the number of compensable hours the resident is able to work. Residents should notify management at [email protected] at least 30 days in advance of their move-out date and provide:<\/p>\n

        The reason for requesting a lease cancellation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        Evidence of job loss.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        Residents will only pay rent for:<\/p>\n

          The number of days they had legal possession of the apartment.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          Any damage caused to the apartment beyond normal wear and tear.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Rent includes total monthly rent amount (base rent plus recurring month charges like pet rent, covered parking, utilities, etc.). Management will retain non-refundable move-in fees and all fees associated with the application and move-in process, but non-refundable pet fees will be refunded. Residents must be current in their rent when executing this benefit.<\/p>\n
