This is your quick guide to why The Vintage might be your perfect Washington, D.C. home base.
The Vintage is located in the heart of the Mount Pleasant neighborhood, and our building features a stunning design as well as boutique-style living. We’re surrounded by residential homes and nestled in an attractive area, making our community a premier destination for those who appreciate classic architectural elements.
The sense of community at The Vintage is palpable, and many of our residents have called Mount Pleasant/Columbia Heights home for years. The area dates to the Civil War, when Mount Pleasant was a subdivision of large nineteenth-century estates. The neighborhood's features might have evolved, but the region is still notable: It is even considered one of the most artistically advanced areas in the District.
Whether you are looking for a convenient studio apartment or a large, three-bedroom oasis, The Vintage has something to accommodate your needs. Check out our selection of floor plans to find the one that is perfect for you!
We offer three different studio floor plans, The Taylor, The Wayne, and the Studio Suite, a fully furnished studio with a bit more room to stretch out. Our studios are perfect for people who want to keep their living space minimal and easy to manage while maximizing the time spent in the Mount Pleasant area. Enjoy plenty of natural light, as well as our classic open floor plans.
The Vintage features two different one-bedroom styles, The Monroe and The Crawford. Both feature lots of closet space, an open floor plan, and plenty of peaceful spots to relax and enjoy the serene surroundings.
Our two-bedroom floor plan features a large master bedroom as well as a standard-sized bedroom. With a large kitchen and a walk-in closet, this plan is ideal for hosting friends and family, or for those who want a home office or flex space.

Pet Policies at The Vintage
Your pets are your family, and no one understands that better than The Vintage. We allow up to two pets per apartment and welcome both cats and dogs. Pet fees and pet rents may vary, so we recommend speaking to a leasing agent for more details on your specific situation.
With our Worry-Free Leasing Program, you can terminate your lease without penalty within the first 90 days of occupancy if your job situation changes. Job loss can be the result of layoffs/reductions in force or a significant reduction in the number of compensable hours the resident is able to work. Residents should notify management at [email protected] at least 30 days in advance of their move-out date and provide:
The reason for requesting a lease cancellation.
Evidence of job loss.
Confirmation of their expected move-out date.
Residents will only pay rent for:
The number of days they had legal possession of the apartment.
Any damage caused to the apartment beyond normal wear and tear.
Rent includes total monthly rent amount (base rent plus recurring month charges like pet rent, covered parking, utilities, etc.). Management will retain non-refundable move-in fees and all fees associated with the application and move-in process, but non-refundable pet fees will be refunded. Residents must be current in their rent when executing this benefit.
